Revibe × Delia García 2025

Delia García's training platform, rebuilt to stream in 4K.

We took over the learning platform where Delia García’s 500K-strong community trains with her, moved it off WordPress and raw MP4s, and rebuilt video on Mux: 10GB 4K masters, streamed adaptively to every device.

Train with Delia, not just watch her.

Revibe is the platform where Delia García’s community trains with her: structured strength programmes, sessions of 45 to 65 minutes, five days a week, built to progress from bodyweight technique to dumbbells over six weeks. Members press play on the next class; Delia has already done the programming.

Around the classes sits the part that keeps people coming back — a private chat inside the app with Delia and the women training alongside them. Motivation on a bad day, celebration on a first PR.

We inherited a platform, a team, and their decisions.

The first version was built on WordPress and served raw MP4 files straight from the server — compressed hard to stay small, and still over 100MB each. Quality suffered, members on mobile data waited, and video was the weakest part of a video product. We replaced the previous team, and with them the practices that had put it there.

From files to streams.

Why Mux, and not our own transcoder.

Mux was built for exactly this shape of problem: take a huge master, encode it once, and stream it adaptively — 4K on a good connection, something lighter on a phone on the bus — without anyone thinking about renditions again.

Running our own transcoding pipeline would have meant servers, queues and storage sized for files measured in gigabytes, for a library that grows by around ten programmes a year. Mux prices by the minute, not by the gigabyte — and what we pay for is mostly minutes actually watched. The cost tracks the community, not the file size. For Revibe, that is the right shape.

Athlete and strength coach 500K followers

Delia García built an audience of around 500K on wellness and strength training. Revibe is where that audience stops watching and starts training with her — her programmes, her method, and a community that shows up five days a week.

“In six weeks I saw changes I hadn’t managed in years of training alone. Delia’s method is different: it teaches you to understand your body, not just to sweat. ”
